The space upon arrival was welcoming. This is my first time getting any services the only down fall I feel is that they aren`t very understanding for people that have never received services. I felt almost rushed when asking questions, they didn`t tell me what to expect during the hair removal process, I wanted to know about follow up care, just general fears I wanted to voice. I was looking for someone to answer questions, and understanding. I think if they maybe outsourced this process it would be better because the office was very busy and had a consistent flow of people in and out. After the service was completed I wasn`t sure if I could touch my face or not. I had had a few hairs I found after my appt. Ill see how the other sessions go
