Everything to do with my service was perfect, its the scheduling processes I have a problem with. The receptionist is virtual and you were greeted with a screen when you enter. I have no problem with this but twice now I have had problems with scheduling. Once my appointment was make for 3pm and when I got there the salon was closed. When I called the virtual receptionist said they forgot to put me on the books and the dermatologist had already left for the day. Just recently, I went to my appointment checked in with the virtual receptionist. And after inquiring after 20 minutes of sitting there, the dermatologist said it was not on her books. She was lovely and squeeze me in for my procedure. I will only return as I have a package

The staff is really nice and helpful. I do not think the laser lipo works well at all. The location is too far from me.

Wonderful experience. I was a little nervous at first to show my stomach after having four C-section however my technician encourage me to feel comfortable. She was very kind informative and patient.

The staff is most pleasant and informative concerning my many questions about treatments. I feel safe and confident my best interests are being met. The facilities are clean and smell fresh. Reception is a remote worker that is located inside a laptop in cyber space; but is also courteous and returns calls ASAP! No complaints from me I think the concept is great! Always plenty of parking. Client rooms peaceful.

Leah was my technician . I found her to be kind patient approachable and knowledgeable. She made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions. I am a new client and will give more reviews when I see a difference in the end results. As of this review; I would recommend to family and friends.

I had my second appointment for Lipo Laser with Danay and she was fabulous, very nice and knowledgeable. I`ve seen slight results from just the 2nd appointment and noticed that my problem area is getting smaller.
