Love love love Lacey I always try to be early so I never have any problems with my treatment or making them run behind for the next guest. I feel comfortable and am very happy

The staff is friendly and professional and made us feel welcome. I would say my only concern was the esthetician was not aware of the exact treatment she was doing. My son has a pilonidal cyst which requires hair removal in a small area and she thought she was just doing laser hair on his entire buttocks. In the end it was fine, but a little concerning for the first visit.

Wow!!! Im impressed with the results to my first service laser hair.. I shaved after a week within my visit and its amazing how fast I could tell the growth is starting to come back very very slowly!!! knocks on wood that the rest of my visits last FOREVER Sonya is amazing and very gently!! Honestly, just make sure you listen and follow all instructions carefully as to not harm your skin! Thanks again:-)

Very Nice people and the service is a bargain! Best deals in town. I love this place, but I do feel one thing could be better. I feel rushed through my laser hair treatment. This process is extremely important to me so I would like to feel more comforted in knowing a detailed thorough Job is being done, instead of feeling I need to be rushed through to make time for the next person. Overall, I love this place and I am very thankful for them.

Great service and responses to questions when needed. I had some challenges with change of staff and inconsistent treatment, but it was handled appropriately and professionally to allow for my treatments. Best scenario when challenges are presented and attended to. I would recommend their service and deals for laser hair removal.
