The technicians definitely go above and beyond to make it a great experience and take care of their clients! I expressed a concern over how the patch of skin from my consult was looking, and Ashley didn`t casually reassure me and move on, but she stopped what she was doing and actually spent time brainstorming with me what happened and what could help. Awesome experience every time!

I liked how clean the place looked. Also, the appointment is super short and to the point. I was trying to get real specific technical answers about the technology from the specialist, and I wish I would have been able to confirm everything that I read online since you can`t always trust sources online (like what part of the spectrum this technology equivocates to, i.e. visible light, cellphone waves, power lines?). Besides that, the visit was great.

Beth at Skin Matters is amazing. She is professional and performs her services quickly and easily. I have had no adverse reactions to the laser hair treatments and plan to get more areas done!

I love the place! However, my appointments don`t start on time, they run about 20 minutes late.

I like the fact that I can book appointments online. There was a little bit of a wait time before I was seen which was to be expected.
