EJ did a really thorough job. The other girls I`ve had went really quickly and didn`t get all the places EJ did. I immediately told everyone in my family and my vet`s office (my next appt) about your valentine`s sale because I felt so enthusiastic about the service I received. I recommended EJ. I wish I had had her each visit.

The professional services are top notch. Especially Alex, she`s clearly experienced and very good about communicating on what to expect with treatment and after care. And she is very good about making you feel comfortable.

However, the front desk staff barely acknowledge and seem bothered/slightly annoyed at having to check you in. Actually had a technician overhear me purchasing an additional plan and correct the pricing. I guess the receptionist wasn`t going to mention or forgot about the promotion.

Other than this aspect, I would have given Laser Logic 5 stars.
