I have had extremely volatile schedule lately. Ease of scheduling & rescheduling. Tonight, I was a few minutes late & arrived 2 minutes after closing time. Technician stayed. I call that top notch customer service. My treatments are less than 5 minutes. But, I appreciated the few minutes given. I`ve been a customer for a couple of years & small things make a big difference to me

The free initial consult is super quick and easy. In and out in less than 5 minutes! Very pleasant staff and willing and able to answer any questions you have!

Service is amazing - From the Receptionist/Front Office Manager, to the technicians and owners, they are all fantastic. They use the latest equipment for excellent results and there is no Bait and Switch on Pricing. They provide the service that is advertised and more. Hands Down best Laser Place.

Absolutely 100% satisfied and excited about my results just after two treatments. I see Beth and she is absolutely wonderful and the facility and staff are round great.

Darnell did a second chemical peel yesterday, and because the first one she did a month ago was the best I`ve ever had, I know this will be very effective too.
I`ve had many chemical peels elsewhere and never did I get the results that I got from her peel. In 4 weeks I`ll have another. This could be addicting

Good service at a.great price. Just a bit of a drive for me since I live in gwinnett county. Great if you can opnen a branch in the Norcross- Duluth area

Great service. I was greeted by a receptionist with a smile on her face. The place was clean and they were on time for my appointment. Beth is extremely knowledgeable. I made a future appointment for IPL.
