Everyone was friendly and pleasant. I was a little late for my appointment and efforts were made to still work me in. The laser tech explained everything as she went through the process. She did an excellent job. Chin hairs are mostly gone after 1 treatment!!! i am very pleased! I had previous service in DC and didn`t get the kind of results I did with Laser Logic. I am very happy and would definitely recommend Laser Logic to my friends.

This was my first visit, for the initial consult. The lady at the front desk was extremely pleasant. I was able to see Heather right away and she was also extremely pleasant. She answered all of my questions thoroughly and patiently. Excellent first impression. I am looking forward to my first laser session.

My first laser hair removal experience was relatively painless at Laser Logic! I highly recommend them.

I only wish that if you are having laser hair removal treatment that the customer would be give a electronic file with all the previous levels used so that on your next visit if you had a different therapist then that therapist would know what your previous treatment levels were so that a decision to go up or down in the strength/levels could be made.
