I love my visits and service for LHR! Everyone is extremely friendly, and the prices can`t be beat. Only thing that could be improved is greater uniformity among staff as to what constitutes the area being lasered--e.g., sometimes the technicians go three fingers outside the bikini area, sometimes they only go one finger.

No complaints. Fast service. Receptionist very nice and helpful. When I got home I had to call back to reschedule the appointment that was set before we left. Rescheduled with no hassle.

I had previously stated that the microdermabrasion I had at NYAH, was the worst one I had ever had, however, today I went back and complained about the experience. Amanda made it right for me, she did a great dermabrasion, at no charge, and apologized for my bad experience. I will definitely go back and see Amanda, and I thank management for making it right for me.

I had tried laser hair removal at another place but was not very pleased with the service. THIS was a completely different experience. The staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable and scheduling was a breeze. Very happy with my results so far and Cassie is the best. Definitely glad I decided to try this place.
