Parking instructions on website were extremely helpful. Owner is very personable and considerate. Rooms are clean and well-kept. Owner and operators are knowledgeable about what kind of lasers to use and what strength.

I have been coming here for a year now getting full Brazilian along with under arms and the results have been GREAT especially for the price (I used groupon). I just started my legs on Friday and I`m so excited to see those results. I love this place. I plan to do microdermabrasion next.

I love my visits and service for LHR! Everyone is extremely friendly, and the prices can`t be beat. Only thing that could be improved is greater uniformity among staff as to what constitutes the area being lasered--e.g., sometimes the technicians go three fingers outside the bikini area, sometimes they only go one finger.

No complaints. Fast service. Receptionist very nice and helpful. When I got home I had to call back to reschedule the appointment that was set before we left. Rescheduled with no hassle.
