Awkward setup where you have to check in with a general receptionist and then a nyah employee calls you back. My first technician was not very thorough but then I saw a new girl and I love her. Very thorough, and I`m loving my results.

Prompt, well trained staff, excellent service. Deducted one star over some initial confusion over service description. Thought that a previously paid for service included a broader area. However, pricing consideration was given. Lesson learned, be clear on the treatment area.

I was EXTREMELY hesitant at first because I have a low threshold for pain. However, I must admit it`s not as bad as I anticipated. In addition, the techs always hold my hand and make me feel comfortable. Great service, and have recommended my friends, who also come to get laser hair removal.

I like this place & the results so far, so I wont be too harsh. Usually a friendly staff until I met the manager. She`s really too intense, not customer friendly at all.
1. I met her at 8.11am this morning, when she demands to know what time it is, in attempt to let me know I was late, I assume..but other times I usually wait 10-15mins to be seen??
2. she tells my tech to stop where she`s at with me at 8.36am..my session is usually 1hr
3. she bursts into my session while my ass is being lasered to observe, awkward!!
4. she demands I pay with my credit card for my final payment after the receptionist tells me its due..I signed on their full body special with 3 part payment over a couple sessions. I didn`t pay. I only tipped my tech today

The staff is very professional, courteous and punctual. This is my first laser treatment experience. They were very thorough in explaining it to me and answering my questions. I would definitely recommend.

I had a stand in to do my last Brazilian laser removal, it was such a great session that was super quick and I wanted to continue to book the lady. Much to my surprise, she turned out to be the owner! While I`m sad sh can no longer see me, I am impressed that even the owner can step and and proves to be great as well!

I`ve had two treatments with Brie and have seen results. Anything that causes the slightest pain makes me hesitant. Brie has been wonderful in making me feel comfortable. She`s resourceful with her time to try to meet your needs. Totally appreciate her! Everyone is very friendly and attentive. Cleanliness was better by my second visit. They are so busy I can see it becoming a struggle to keep everything spotless.
