The environment, online booking and front desk were great. My only complaint is that I felt very rushed. I got the feeling that Stephanie wanted to be out of there ASAP. She was nice overall, but as a new client I was expecting more interaction. Thank heavens I had had laser hair removal at other places or I would have been alarmed. I went in for chin treatment and was in the front door, through check-in and out again in 10 minutes or less. That is good if you are in a rush, but not what I expected from a nice relaxing spa and especially on my first visit.

I have had three appointments with the NYAH staff thus far and have been extremely pleased with the service received. I typically arrive a little early for my appointments and have always been seen almost as soon as I walk in the door. In and out in 10-15 minutes. Great service!

The service here is outstanding-I was pleasantly surprised. My wait time was less than 5 mins, and I was done in record time. I look forward to coming back complete treatment.

Beautiful, relaxing environment. I have been to several different technicians for my laser hair removal service and have been pleased with all of them. I love their new laser - it`s practically painless!

I`ve been going to Nyah for hair removal and facials. Staff is always great and results are terrific. I highly recommend them.
