I think NYAH Spa is fabulous. I found them through a Groupon special but have continued to as a regular client. Ive done microdermabrasion and just
had my first chemical peel. Sonia is my aesthetician and she is beyond wonderful. She is knowledgeable, friendly and does not recommend unnecessary treatments. I feel like my aging skin is in terrific hands with her. :)
Also, everyone in the office is very friendly and welcoming!

Overall, I`ve had a good experience. I`ve only gone for my consult and one treatment, so time will tell if it works. During my consult, the lady helping me seemed very annoyed and not friendly at all. Her short responses and annoyance led to an appointment that I had to reschedule. When I arrived at the initial appointment, my experience was night and day. Very friendly, very helpful, very understanding and didn`t hesitate to reschedule me. My first treatment went really well. She was friendly and quick and I would totally go back. The 4 star vs. 5 star rating is based solely on my first experience at my consultation.

The person giving the chemical peel was great! Very welcoming and very informative. BUT, I arrived before they opened. I wasn`t sure of traffic and my reminder said to arrive ten minutes early. I asked if I could come in, was told yes and to sign in. But then someone else told me I could NOT be in there! That I could come back 5 minutes before they opened. She was VERY ugly and rude. I have to say I was quite shocked at her tone, including the staff. You DO NOT treat customers that way. The girl doing the peel was leaving and I do not want service from the rude staff member. I will try somewhere different the next time.

Everyone is awesome here. Ive had different technicians and they were all friendly and professional. I arrived late once to an appointment and there were no issues. They always try their best to accommodate me. I love everyone here! Also, Im loving my results for laser hair removal! I definitely recommend this place.

I`ve only had one laser hair removal session so it`s too early to tell if it will work. So far I`m happy with this place....it`s clean, there hasn`t been a long wait (had a consult visit too), they are very friendly, and it was easy to find an appointment that worked for me.

Been twice now for laser treatments and have only the best things to say. Professional, friendly service. Clean and fast getting you in and out. Highly recommend!
