I love the ladies here. The laser removal was great and they are so nice and helpful. Even when I had scheduling confusion the front desk was more the helpful. They have the best customer service and professional people. Im now going back for chemical peels! Love, Love, Love them!!!!

Ive always had a very good experience at NYAH Med Spa. The staff is friendly and courteous, and my esthetician has always made me feel comfortable with what might not always be a physically comfortable experience. I would definitely recommend NYAH Med Spa to others.

Great location and the staff is very nice and accommodating. Sometimes you may not get an answer when calling the front desk, but you can text or leave a voicemail and theyre quick in getting back to you which is what I admire about them. As long as you have clear communication about what you want, your reason for being late/no show and your scheduling; they seem to try and work with you. Lacey is amazing. Super nice and makes it comfortable for you. I was a little nervous about getting the procedure since Im African american, but they do have specific equipment just for my melanin sisters. No burns or bad reactions, just good results so far. I have about 2 more sessions left and im still seeing results. Thanks again.
