I was very nervous my first time getting service at NYAH because of my past experiences with facial treatments from other dermatologist (which left me with scars on my face). But I was put at ease when Lacey greeted me, she answered my many questions and understood my nervousness. The treatment (laser) wasn`t painful as I experienced in Miami. I`ve had two treatments so far with Lacey and looking forward to my third!! To top it off the treatments are working! Looking forward to other treatments. All the staff are very pleasant and professional, the office and treatment rooms are really nice and very clean. So glad I found them!!
