I got an incredible deal on a full Brazilian laser package (6 treatments). I am on treatment 4 of 6 and I have to say it is working well! I see more and more hair loss with each treatment. It is always easy and convenient to book an appointment on their website, and I have never had a problem getting the day and time that I need. As a result with how pleased I am, I decided to purchase the 12-month unlimited package for $999 so I can treat my legs and arms. Staff is very courteous, technicians go at a speed that is comfortable for you, and all are very honest and knowledgable. Environment is comfortable. I would suggest purchasing the numbing cream they offer. Best prices in town. Never had any adverse effects, just less hair.

I`ve been going to Skin Matters for about a year. They have definitely taken in all suggestions and feedback and re-evaluated their services to improve their clients` experience. Both technicians I have seen have been kind, knowledgable, and efficient. The results over the past few months have been significantly noticeable.

I have used this location for laser hair removal. The staff is always nice and I`ve never had any problem scheduling appointments.

The staff is not very professional; in fact, they started one of my treatments and then kicked me out of the room to let another client use the laser... they made me walk down the hallway in nothing but a robe and sit in a room by myself for 45 minutes until the other client was done. Terrible business practice, and incredibly unprofessional.

Always great service, my appointments have been on time with my schedule. All the treatments I`ve had with different technicians were great. I highly recommend the services for the prices they have to offer. Especially great with the groupons.

I`ve been going to skin matter for a couple of years now. I am always able to get an appointment at the times I like and the laser treatments have worked wonders! I`m very happy with the results!!

I loved getting my laser hair removal done there. It was quick and easy and relatively painless. Everyone is so professional and I love the results of not having to shave!
