A girlfriend bought my first laser treatment package for my birthday. I didn`t start seeing results until after the 4th treatment but now I am loving it. The technicians get you in and out quickly.Some are better and nicer than others. My advise is to find a technician you like & stick with them. Buy the numbing gel!! You will be able to feel less so you get better results quicker since they can amp the power up. For the money you pay I think the service is very good. I will continue going to SkinMatters for my laser hair removal needs.

The staff on site are always very courteous and professional all seven office visits I had for laser hair removal treatments. They were all very informative and knowledgeable and were happy to answer my questions since it was my first time with the procedure. The process was quick and easy and the online scheduling/ rescheduling was extremely convenient. I will be back!!

I really love the new location! It is attractive and cheerful and much more convenient with the parking right in front. Also the Chastain Square location
is great...on my way to lots of other places.

I have done the both the laser and the brazilian wax treatments at Skin Matters. Both treatments are the best prices I`ve ever paid. And for such an awkward procedure, the women that work there put you at ease and are very professional and kind!

I LOVE SKINMATTERS, I`VE HAD THE HONOR OF GETTING TREATED BY MATT AND MOLLY. THEY ARE TRULY TWO AWESOME PEOPLE, THEY ACTUALLY MADE COMFORTABLE AND KEPT ME ENTERTAINED, WHILE AT THE SAME TIME DOING THEIR JOBS PERFECTLY AND PROFESSIONALLY. OH AND THE BEAUTIFUL WOMEN AT THE FRONT DESK HAS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE TOO.
