My overall experience has been both good and bad. When I first started treatments, I had issues with booking my appointment. Multiple times I would show up for my scheduled appointment and I had been double booked or cancelled, so they would squeeze me in. When this would happen, I felt rushed while receiving my treatment and my numbing cream would not have time (even though I came early) to kick in. The online booking seemed to fix some of these issues. Also, my technicians got better over time. I brought in two of my sisters and my stepmom, they have had some issues, but good service.
