The esthatician i use at your facility is always very nice and make me feel very comfortable. Especially considering some of the procedures are in some sensitive and private areas. I always recommend my friends to you guys!

Very nice and friendly staff. They are very informative and answer all your questions! Was nervous about laser hair removal, but it`s so fast and saw results after just a few treatments. Recommended this place to friends and they love it too.

Great ladies! I highly recommend spending the $20 for the numbing cream. You won`t feel like you had anything done and it will last for several visits. I`ve been back several times for multiple areas.

I like Skin Matters. I am satisfied with my laser hair removal treatments in skin matters. The staffs are very friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Skin Matters to anyone.

Professional staff, quick and easy service. I would have given 5 stars but some visits they are right on time and other visits you can wait 20-30 min. Past your appointment time.....but other than that I will keep going back.

On a scale of 1-10, I`ll give them an 8. They have a friendly staff, and I have been seeing them for the Laser Hair Removal. Going hairless is wonderful. It`s one thing less that I have to worry about when getting ready for a day. Although I`m not finished, I`m getting results, even with an olive complexion. I would give a 10, but some of the technicians are a little better than others when it comes to being thorough. However, I would still recommend Skin Matters.

I could not be happier with my experience at Skin Matters. After an experience at a different laser hair clinic, I am blown away with the professionalism, cleanliness and results I`ve had at Skin Matters. Cannot speak highly enough or recommend more ardently. Loving life!
