I have been going to Skin Matters for quite a while now - have purchased 3 6-week treatments. At first it was a very small company, but it has grown and gotten so much better. The staff is very good, and the lasers have gotten better. I didn`t have very good results at first, but now I`m really starting to see some good results. I would recommend them to friends.

Skin Matters is great! The staff is professional and efficient. And after only one laser hair removal appointment I already notice a huge difference. I`m so glad I choose Skin Matters.

I have been going to skin matters for my laser hair removal. I am an African-American male with brown skin and it has worked wonders for me. I used to deal with hair bumps and ingrown hairs and decided to do something about it. So I started get my procedures done here and I have smooth skin on my face. The staff is nice and you are in-and-out for the most part. I highly reccommend these guys!

The staff at Skin Matters are always pleasant. The aestheticians are very knowledgable and are happy to answer any and all questions that I have. During my appointments, they make sure that I am comfortable and happy with my results.

SkinMatters is just ok... They are constantly running behind, and I`ve had 3 separate appointments where they started my treatment, someone knocked on the door, and then they actually KICKED ME OUT OF THE ROOM in the middle of a treatment... not a very good business strategy. I`m still going, because I`ve already bought the treatments, and because their prices are way cheaper than anywhere else. I guess you get what you pay for.

The technicians I had were very good. The lip/brazilian service was great but hair growth is coming back after two months. I thought it would last longer....or be permanent.

Fantastic service and I look forward to my visits! The front desk staff is phenomenal and very flexible. I love the hours because I can get it done early. I also love the technicians. They are extremely knowledgable and very professional.
