I love the place! However, my appointments don`t start on time, they run about 20 minutes late.

I like the fact that I can book appointments online. There was a little bit of a wait time before I was seen which was to be expected.

Service is very good. I had laser with Kelli, she is the best!!
Parking is easy, place is clean.
The only that I think you can improve is to try to sell less amount of numbing cream. And check why the laser machine gets hot.

Very quick in and out! Only improvement would be to provide a covering for bikini laser clients. It feels a little exposed. A towel or wrap would be nice
