The two ladies whom I met with were so friendly and helpful! Dana answered all of my questions and was very down to earth. I`m looking forward to my first treatment.

Dana provided me laser hair removal services. She was highly professional and did a great job. It was over before I knew it and not nearly as uncomfortable as I thought it would be.

My appointment was with Beth. It was quick and she was nice. We got to talking about other laser treatments and I`m grateful that she shared some current deals going on because I`m now considering getting other areas done.

I have been coming to Skin Matters for a couple years, having spread out the laser treatments over that time. I am always pleased with their friendliness, helpfulness, and professionalism with each visit.

The building is located in a very congested part of town, which makes traveling to appointments a bit frustrating; however, as soon as I got there, I was in and out in about 25 minutes: Impressive.
My only concern with that speed of my appointment was that my tech seemed to be in a hurry. She (Carol I believe was her name) was nice, but I did not appreciate her not taking the time to make sure all my questions were answered before we began the treatment (I made sure to ask them though). Also, she didn`t even educate me about the numbing cream (which she never even suggested). The woman at the front desk was kind enough to mention the cream and inform me about application.
Overall, I would recommend this business to others.

Carol is excellent at the Buckhead location! She is knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to work with as a first-timer. I did not know what to expect from laser hair removal since I have a darker skin tone (skin burns, laser not working for my hair type, etc.) Carol`s wealth of experience with the YAG laser helped take away the fear factor. And most of all I started to see great results after my first session! I`ve had two sessions so far. This experience makes me wish that I had given up shaving and waxing a long time ago.
