Dana has been great. My pain tolerance is zilch and she totally puts me at ease and doesn`t make me feel like I`m being a baby. I am so far happy with the results and hope to only have a couple more sessions left!

I really do like Skin Matters. My last appt of my package is next month and I am SO HAPPY with the results. I am virtually hairless, all of the people that work there are pleasant, and once you get in, the service is quick. I would only improve on the wait time (I usually end up waiting for about 20-30 minutes past my appointment time). Lauren is my favorite person, she always talks to me which makes the treatment breeze by and I don`t even think about it hurting :).

The service I received was great. It`s a fast paced atmosphere and can be nerve racking... not really a place you go for relaxation and to be pampered.

I`ve only gone once so far. I went for my consultation and I did my first session of laser hair removal. I must say, so far, the experience has been wonderful. The ladies were more than helpful and my esthetician was very informative and patient with me. I am very happy with Skin Matters so far!

They called me because there was an opening and I was able to come earlier than scheduled. I like that they are open every day and the long hours.

I asked the Technician to turn down laser and she got mad. It`s my first visit and I was treated like it was her appointment. She had no knowledge of my skin and if I cared more about her than my comfort I would have been mad and rated lower.
Otherwise, machine delivery was like a gun that included a puff of cooled air which was interesting. The sound was a surprise. Technician was fast and explained what she was doing. I would have given 5 stars. I bought a 6 session groupon so I will be back.

Everything was wonderful. The aesthetition was exemplary. Her enthusiasm at the outcome was comforting. A bit of topical numbing cream would have been a godsend.

I have been getting laser for hair removal and am always happy with the staff, facility, and ease of making appointments. My results are finally paying off after about a year of treatments.
