The Techs are always friendly and professional . The service is excellent with hardly no waiting. My only complaint is I have already prepaid for my services and when I check out the front desk always ask if I would like to leave a gratuity. I treat Skin Matters as a dermatology type visit not a spa so I feel like I have paid an adequate amount for my service. When I go to the dermatologist they don`t ask if I would like to leave a tip. I always tip for my meals, valet parking, car washes. etc; but I feel this is a particular procedure I am having done and not a personal pampering session . It makes me feel like a cheap skate when I don`t leave a tip however I do not think it is warranted.
