THANK YOU TO THE ENTIRE TEAM; FROM MS. HOLLY, VICTOR TO THE WONDERFUL PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT SOON TO BE A BRIDE. THIS IS AN EMOTIONAL JOURNEY; YET THE TEAM FOUND A WAY TO ENSURE IT IS A PEACEFUL EXPERIENCE. THE PROFESSIONAL EFFICIENCY IS HIGHLIGHTED WITH WARMTH. AS A VISION IMPAIRED PERSON; I MISSED THE WARMTH OF A SMILE ON FOLKS FACES; BUT I CAN STILL FEEL THE WARMTH OF KINDNESS AND GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Very personable and knowledgeable staff, made me feel very comfortable. They were able to confidently answer all of my questions. They were very encouraging and did not make me feel like I was being pushed to buy anything extra. The staff kindly verified my insurance coverage prior to my visit. They have been very responsive every time I have contacted the office.

This place is wonderful and the staff is very knowledgable. I am impressed about the timely matter they saw me. Victor really knows his stuff and answered all questions. Very patient. Can`t wait to go back.

I absolutely have loved everyone I have met at the Swan Center. Dr. Fardo is so kind and comforting and the nurses and staff just made me feel so at ease! I will definitely be back again and recommend them to everyone!

My entire experience was great. Holly at the front desk was both friendly and helpful. My wait time was minimum. My consultation about the HCG plan was very thorough and all my questions were answered. I will certainly return and recommend this center.
