The staff is wonderful! Everyone is very polite, kind and professional. The results I have gotten have been great! I would recommend laser hair removal at Nyah Med spa to everyone and anyone!

I have gone to NYAH Med Spa three times now for laser hair removal. Each time I am pleasantly surprised by their great service. I am in and out in less than 20 minutes and I have yet to sit down and wait for my appointment, even when I am early. I will keep coming back to this spa.

I think NYAH Spa is fabulous. I found them through a Groupon special but have continued to as a regular client. Ive done microdermabrasion and just
had my first chemical peel. Sonia is my aesthetician and she is beyond wonderful. She is knowledgeable, friendly and does not recommend unnecessary treatments. I feel like my aging skin is in terrific hands with her. :)
Also, everyone in the office is very friendly and welcoming!

Overall, I`ve had a good experience. I`ve only gone for my consult and one treatment, so time will tell if it works. During my consult, the lady helping me seemed very annoyed and not friendly at all. Her short responses and annoyance led to an appointment that I had to reschedule. When I arrived at the initial appointment, my experience was night and day. Very friendly, very helpful, very understanding and didn`t hesitate to reschedule me. My first treatment went really well. She was friendly and quick and I would totally go back. The 4 star vs. 5 star rating is based solely on my first experience at my consultation.

The person giving the chemical peel was great! Very welcoming and very informative. BUT, I arrived before they opened. I wasn`t sure of traffic and my reminder said to arrive ten minutes early. I asked if I could come in, was told yes and to sign in. But then someone else told me I could NOT be in there! That I could come back 5 minutes before they opened. She was VERY ugly and rude. I have to say I was quite shocked at her tone, including the staff. You DO NOT treat customers that way. The girl doing the peel was leaving and I do not want service from the rude staff member. I will try somewhere different the next time.
