my only concern is that they seem so busy and rushed all the time.. appointments fill out quickly weeks in advance and you cannot schedule two at a time.
service is good. i sure hope laser machines will do their job...

I have found all laser technicians to be courteous knowledgeable and always on time. The most important thing, however, is their skill level is extraordinary. I recommend them highly.

They are always on time and so friendly. Stephanie is always kind and very professional. She listens to my needs and makes sure I am satisfied with the service. I will miss the staff when I am finished with the treatment .

Cathy is so friendly and really helps me and my friends every time we have questions. It is a real pleasure to talk to her and her customer service is outstanding. She is an amazing person!!! Amazing manager!!
Thanks to her really , is that myself wanted to go and have the services done there. She listen to me and kindly answer the questions and advise me very well.
I told my friends about her and they are now clients as well.
Annie and Lasy are amazingly great!!! We are so comfortable and only great things I can say about them. Excellent service, excellent attitude, excellent persons. Positive women and I am a positive person so I love them all!! Thanks Cathy, Annie and Lasy!!!!

Stephanie is wonderful! The only thing about my experience so far that hasn`t been perfect is that the girl at the checkout desk doesn`t seem too eager to help. The few times I`ve asked for a weekend appointment six weeks out she won`t even look at the screen and just say there`s no available times that day. It took me explaining that I had zero availability during the week that month to get her to actually look at the computer and find an opening, which somehow magically appeared even though I was initially told nothing that day would work. That`s been a very minor part of my experience overall, and Nyah has done a wonderful job with my treatments. I only mention the scheduling issue because it`s happened more than once.
