My appointment was at 4:40pm - I was taken back to the treatment room at 5:10pm. Totally unacceptable for me. I drove through a blinding rainstorm in a hurry from Stone Mountain to make sure I was on time for my appointment (which I was). My cell phone is on record. The staff knew how badly behind time the Lipo tech was - how about a courtesy call?
