Service is very good. I had laser with Kelli, she is the best!!
Parking is easy, place is clean.
The only that I think you can improve is to try to sell less amount of numbing cream. And check why the laser machine gets hot.

Very quick in and out! Only improvement would be to provide a covering for bikini laser clients. It feels a little exposed. A towel or wrap would be nice

I can`t believe how amazingly soft my skin is now after laser hair removal! It`s the best investment I have ever made. To be able to get ready quickly with no shaving, especially this summer, is awesome. Thank you so much!!

I drive 4 hours one way (8 hours round trip) to get laser hair removal treatment on my face at Skin Matters. They offer the very best service at the best prices you`ll find. Unlike other places I have been to, Skin Matters has excellent hours so there is never a problem getting in to be seen. Plus, Gary always goes over and beyond to take good care of his clients. I haven`t had any other technicians yet so I can`t speak for them. I would definitely recommend this place.
