At skin matters, they are timely and won`t waste your time. I went there for full face hair removal. My concern is that they do not have a well documented and consistent treatment plan. I expect they should have a specific chart of target areas for treatment so that every professional will work consistently on same target areas. Regrettably, it`s guess work at different visits as techs. interprete `full face` differently. On first visit, Tech treated my moustache, sides, & chin . On my 2nd visit, another tech. treated my forehead, fussy hair on my cheek, chin, upper neck, but didn`t treat my moustache area & below. Also, the equipment was adjusted differently, my 1st treatment was intense and more effective than 2nd. But, very gooood price.

We absolutely do have a protocol, as well as charts for each customer of treatment areas. I am glad to see that you`re experience other than that has been good. This has been brought to the manager`s attention to avoid issues in the future.

Everyone was very nice. I was called back right away. The technician explained everything well and gave me opportunity to ask questions. Looking forward to my first treatment.

I LOVE Skin Matters! Everyone is always friendly and helpful. I have a package of six sessions and just after the third appointment I could see more than a 80% improvement. In very happy with the results!

Dana was wonderful!! She asked about my last visit and when I explaiend how I was not happy with the services I got from Gary she went above and beyond to try and make it right. I will request Dana always from now on!

Skin Matters was professional, time efficient, and extremely helpful. Their online booking of appointments makes it extremely easy to schedule the appointments you want. I really enjoy their extended hours in comparison to other places. They are open 7 days a week so there is always availability to book an appointment. Excellent place!!!
