My technician Carol is great, she is very friendly and knows her staff. I feel very welcomed every time I come in for my laser removal therapy.

The do deserve a 5 star rating based on my first visit with Carol. But at
the last visit was with Dolores and I did not enjoy that visit at all. She was not personable nor friendly. I got her name only because I asked, she failed to introduce her self and I felt like a number not a valuable client, `come here`, `sit here`. When I left the room she had her back to me I left without `thank you` nor `come again`. At home I noticed that some areas were not treated. I will come back but definitely with a different provider.
