I would just like to say that Dana is great and Lauren was fantastic. This was my second laser treatment and they both made me feel relaxed even though I was extremely nervous not to metion Cat the manager up front she was so kind and very informative about all the products and pricing. I would reccommend skin matters to anyone in need of a good skin care facility.

Very nice technician. Over a year of going here, prices are great. Completely no hair after 10 treatments on first area. I am African American with coarse hair. Will be a customer for a long time. Only suggestion is more seating in the waiting area.
