I`ve been going to skin matters for 4 appointments now. I`ve had very good service except for one visit. One visit I asked to make an appointment because timing between treatments is important, and the woman in front refused to schedule my next appointment. They do online booking for their appointments. I called the day before to schedule that appointment because I couldn`t get through on the site from my phone. So I KNOW they can schedule appointments, the woman at the desk was just being an ass. When I call to book appointments it`s usually a big deal to schedule, but when I actually get there it`s dead inside. Otherwise its very pleasant, the laser girls are always nice. The facility is always clean and nice. It smells like burnt hair.

We sell our packages in a set of five with the sixth treatment for free if you book online. We are able to keep prices low with the online booking system. Our staff sees over a hundred clients a day, so we do promote the online booking system. We do offer a laptop in the front waiting area for customers to utilize for booking their appointments. If you have any issues with booking online our staff is more than willing to assist you with it. I am sorry you had a bad experience with the receptionist, we will be sure to address this issue, I am glad to hear you had a with the tech!
