I give Skin Matters a 4 Star but Leah, my spa technician, a 5 Star. Skin Matters, the business, should have a Receptionist so the skin technicians could focus on their customers and not have to take care of the business at the same time.

Came here for Xeomin injections. It was the first place I have gone in years due to pregnancy/baby/breastfeeding. It was an awesome experience. I will definitely be back!

Leah is my esthetician and she is geat as well as Adina who I have seen once. I can only say they are both very professional, experienced and deliver exceptional service. The only reason the rating is a 4 and not a 5 is because my esthetician did not have the blade she needed ot dleiver a service and had to utilize a less preferable one thatr was harsher on my skin. She got the job done and did it well but hadf to go over my skin twice instead one once. To that end, I love Skin Matters and will continue to receive services there.

One of my favorite things is that I never have to sit in the waiting room for very long, 5 minutes max. They keep the appointments running on schedule. Leah has a way of making people feel calm and comfortable while still being completely professional.

The staff at skin matters is amazing. They are very quick and honestly, Ive only received 3 laser appts and I already have 90% no hair growth rate. That machine us the best. I also received a facial and I enjoyed the experience. Pricing is impeccable compared to other service providers in the buckhead area. This is my new go to spa.
