Aesthetician Kelly was excellent. She was friendly, helpful, and efficient. She explained in detail the procedure and any possible side effects.
The facility was extremely clean.

Love your hours of availability. Makes it really easy to schedule. An apparent computer issue with my recent appt though. When I showed up, I wasn`t on the master schedule. Luckily I was able to show my email confirmation and they took me. However, in the process the receptionist was asking me my first and last name and service that I came for from across the room with others (male and female) in the lobby. Should consider privacy and professionalism by not having me yell out personal info across the room.

This was my second appt at Skin Matters, and they continued to exceed my expectations. I remember looking at reviews online and wondering if they added their own reviews because so many were positive, but now I have proof that actual customers are send links to add reviews! Anyhoo, I showed up 25 minutes late for my appt (andI was on schedule to be early, but traffic was a beast) and they fit me in within 20 minutes of my stepping through the door despite having a full schedule! I had Alex laser hair removal, which was quick and relatively painless. The staff was just as friendly, helpful, and understanding as before. I will be back to Skin Matters - Buckhead for sure! Thanks, guys! :D

I was very anxious for my first appointment but the staff and especially Carol made me feel extremely comfortable.
