I always love my experience with SkinMatters, the staff is super friendly and nice, they always remember my name, and I just always have a pleasant time and have had great results with the services I have tried. The candles that they carry are also fantastic, great smell and long lasting.

You guys are awesome. This was my 3 visit and the staff is great! Very professional, courteous. They squeezed me in for an early appt so I wouldn`t have to wait around in Atlanta for 4 hours for my appt at 4:20pm. Thank you Dana. The gentleman at the front desk is great too. Good phone and greeting skills.

I really enjoy the atmosphere at Skin Matters. It is a clean space, they are generally on time and I feel like they genuinely care about my experience. Laser hair removal isn`t painless, but at least Dana helps me laugh through it. I feel like the people there are willing to share their stories and I`ve never felt like they were super pressuring - which is a depart from most salons that have a storefront of merchandise. I`ve been pleased with them and enjoy seeing them every 4-6 weeks... who knows what I`ll decide to add on when this series is done. I`ll miss the pampering too much to stay away!

Carol is awesome. She and Ashley worked with me yesterday and Ashley was professional, sweet, and good at her job. While I`ve always tried to get my appointments with carol, I wouldn`t mind going to Ashley either.
