I have used Kelli for laser hair removal the last several visits and love her! She is extremely thorough, very sweet, and professional. I would go to Skin Matters any day because of my experience with Kelli.

Technician was knowledgeable & friendly but I don`t think that my session was thorough enough. I requested a full Brazilian in my session along with my legs & underarm but only the frontside of the Brazilian was done. I want my sessions to be effective & so I would appreciate all the areas requested & paid for to be treated.

Went for laser treatment for nail fungus. Staff was very professional and my aesthetician, Carol, made me very comfortable with her knowledge of laser treatments. Now I just have to wait and see if it works. But I am planning on returning for my touch up apps.
