The first thing I noticed about this place was the friendly staff. They do a fantastic job of making their clients feel comfortable and at ease. So far my technicians have been Carol and Dana and both of them were very personable.
I have been there 3 times so far and each time was a good experience. The treatments have actually been working! I was pleasantly surprised...initially I was nervous it wouldn`t work, but it has. I got the full body treatment, which has worked better in some places than others, but overall, I have definitely seen a good amount of reduction in ALL areas. My underarms I don`t even shave anymore, and it`s actually been like that since the 1st treatment.

I was seen on time. The doctor was very personable and helpful. Next time I will probably go to the other location since it is closer to me.

Although I was late for my appointment, due to lovely Atlanta traffic, I did call and inform the office. They were very understanding and Rachel was very sweet about it. Had a great talk with Ryan, another ex-Southern Californian while I signed in. Gary is my laser technician and he was very explanatory during my consultation. My next appointment is tomorrow and I look forward to it. I really appreciate the nice staff. They all share a wonderful sense of humor and camaraderie.

This was my first laser hair removal treatment. After my first office visit (which was for a consultation), this experience was much quicker which was my only slight negative comment from last time. The atmosphere in waiting area was still professional and warm. Kelli was my technician again and she was great. She was efficient and pleasant which made the experience very comfortable.

This visit was for a consultation for laser hair removal. Positives: Very professional and friendly. Kelli was my technician for consultation. She was very informative, warm, and didn`t make me feel rushed with any of my questions, despite how busy they were. Slight negative: My appointment was for 4pm. I was seen at 4:30pm. However, based on the questionnaire I had to fill out online for first-time office visits, I felt I was given fair warning that appointment times might run behind. I think for first impressions, perhaps a little more attention could be made to time-slots for consultations but as stated before, I felt I was informed before going so I planned accordingly.

This place offers the best prices with incredible service. I drive 3 hours one way for laser hair removal treatment because they are the best in the state of Georgia! My technician, Gary, is amazing! He has a long list of experience and takes excellent care of his clients. He continually goes over and beyond to make sure each and everyone of his clients are well taken care of. I would highly recommend Skin Matters, and if you`re considering laser hair removal, make sure to get an appointment with Gary. I promise you wont regret it!!! Couldn`t be more satisfied with this place.
