Gary was wonderful. He was very patient with me during the laser treatment . However, a female technician knocked on the door twice and asked Gary how long he would be, and then again to hurry up. I did not appreciate the intrusion and surly didn`t want Gary to feel pressure to hurry with a laser in his hand! It was very unprofessional. Fortunately, Gary remained professional the entire time. I do hope this problem is addressed. Thanks.

The staff is friendly and I love that I never have to wait long for my appointment. I was even able to get a last minute appointment during the week.

I love skinmatters had my first visit everybody was friendly and nice. I got botox injections first time never Dr. Pete was wonderful. I`m will be going back. Did I mention I look great 10yrs younger. Thank You skinmatters

I like the lady who did my treatment. The guy at the front desk was kind of dry. Buy overall I like the facility. It was nice and clean.

Pro: Nice, sociable staff members; no hard selling of products; knowledgeable about the services provided; accepts heavier clients (my BMI is 49); supportive of health and wellness improvement efforts

Con: Scheduling challenges had me waiting for my appointment for 40 minutes

Common Sense: Be realistic. This is a spa service, not a weight-loss tool (read their FAQs page).

Rachel was great on the phone. i changed my appt time to a sooner visit. I got there 5 min before my appt. They took me back as scheduled. It was great. Hardly any wait time.
