The technicians have all been great. The staff is friendly but a little unorganized. Sometimes scheduling can be a challenge b/c they are very busy and booked out for weeks. Occasionally a machine will break and last minute scheduling changes occur. They no longer accommodate evening scheduling, which makes the wait longer. Also, I don`t think it`s right for Laser Logic to have signs with very high tip suggestions. I generally try to do at least 20% of the cost per session. The suggested tip is about 35-40% depending on the area. This is a little ridiculous considering laser treatments do not take long and they are booked back to back. This makes me wonder if the techs are not paid well and rely on tips. Even still, that is a lot.
