The technician explained everything and was very nice. Only thing that was weird was the sign asking for tips. Pretty tacky.

Great service and customer friendly staff. I don`t like the new hours. Very inconvenient for people who work. Somehow there is always a machine down and you have to wait.

Great place to go to. I have been a faithful client for about 2 years. The only reason I can`t give them 5 stars is bc of the limited availability of appointments on weekend.

They are punctual. They get you in and out quickly which is exactly what I need. I drive from Villa Rica, Ga to this Atlanta office because I like it so much.

My last session and the one before were satisfying. I had couple of visits in the past whete the tech was not spending enough time in my face and And after one year of treatment I was still having some patchy hair spots in my face and was not happy about the results.
I wish they can be more thorough.
