I`ve been using NYAH since February, and have been very pleased so far. Brenna did my initial consult and first treatment, and was very friendly, thorough, and patient. I have seen Danielle since my 2nd visit, and she has been wonderful. Very friendly, makes sure I`m comfortable, and is very patient with me (I can be a bit of a whiner during treatment on certain areas lol) After only 4 treatments, I`m super excited with the results I`m seeing so far. All the staff I`ve encountered has been very friendly and helpful, and the only time I had any wait at all was the very first appointment (and it was only about 10 minutes, on a weekday - not bad!)

I love that I never have to wait more than 5 mins. Everyone is professional and knowledgeable. The facility is so lovely. I would recommend Nyah to nyone.

I saw Dana for a full body laser hair treatment. I was very happy with this experience. The spa is clean, neat and the staff is very professional.

Brenna da best.....I love her....I am getting full legs AND bikini......she is wonderful...She has also done armpits and upper lip and knees (yes knees) and sides of neck for me.....
The staff there is great and they will honestly try to fit you in even if you are running a bit late...I`m not saying to be late because that of course in inconsiderate BUT if you are a bit late they always try their best......
I will always check here first for additional services.......Very Professional and competitive pricing AND if they have a special going on......take advantage of it.....

I am very disappointed with the service I received on a particular day. After some miscommunication about my appointment time, the receptionist was very unfriendly while explaining it to me. This same negative energy carried through my check out process as well, she was very rude and not hospitable at all. This was a surprise to me since the staff overall is usually friendly, welcoming and very professional.
However, if it was based on the way I was treated by the individual at the reception desk, I would not recommend the office to anyone, and would definitely not return. Again, it was simply a bad experience with the receptionist.
Other than that, so far I am satisfied with the results!

Appointments were timely, entering personal information online and booking the appointment was very easy. The spa is neat, and clean, and is well cared for. The staff was friendly, professional, and polite.
