I am very disappointed with the service I received on a particular day. After some miscommunication about my appointment time, the receptionist was very unfriendly while explaining it to me. This same negative energy carried through my check out process as well, she was very rude and not hospitable at all. This was a surprise to me since the staff overall is usually friendly, welcoming and very professional.
However, if it was based on the way I was treated by the individual at the reception desk, I would not recommend the office to anyone, and would definitely not return. Again, it was simply a bad experience with the receptionist.
Other than that, so far I am satisfied with the results!
