Very disappointed the spa will no longer be close to me. It will be hard for me to get to appointments now & I will have to change them to evenings or weekends. Will you offer extended hours at the new location? The website has one set of hours and this review page has a different set of hours thus not sure what the actual hours are.

Very professional service.
Technicians are very friendly and put you at ease.

It was my first time at this spa. Love Sharon . She was very quick and friendly .I didn`t even feel that i had laser done like there were no bumps or anything after few hours.

I love Nyah med spa but since they moved to their new location, they also changed the lasers they use. Very antiquated and they hurt! They use to have the lasers that blow cold air to make the process more comfortable but no longer. BEWARE.. It is unnecessary to experience the burning of your skin when most other spa use updated lasers.

We use Candela and cynosure equipment which are the 2 top brands in the market. We still have our machine that blows out the cold air. It is at our duluth location. We use all updated lasers and unfortunately laser hair removal is not exactly designed to be pain free. We are more then happy to transfer you to the duluth location if you prefer the laser with the cold air.

I love NYAH and all the techs are really very nice, except it is kind of annoying getting a different one every time, especially when I come in for my bikini area. None of them have ever made me feel uncomfortable or anything, but I know that I have made appointments with one tech and then my actual appointment has been with someone else. My only criticism is that I want the same person every time.

Overall I am quite happy with the service. Every staff member is excellent with respect to service. I have been taking laser treatment for my full face for the last 1 year. My 1 year unlimited service just got over during my last session. The hair growth has reduced quite a bit. However it has not completely gone. I may have to go for at least another 6 more sessions. So keep that in mind while starting your service. I wish Nyah would give some good deals to returning customers to keep them happy and returning for other services. I am also quite sad that they are moving out of John`s Creek and going to Alpharetta.

I have been getting my laser treatment for the past year now. Love the facility and service. Taylor and Brenna have been great! If you are thinking about getting laser then you don`t need to look further.

I am a male and was VERY apprehensive to start laser hair treatment because going to an institution like this is something I could not imagine myself doing. I was fortunate enough to have Taylor as my consultant and she was incredible. She made me feel comfortable about the experience and consistently made sure that the treatment showed the result I was looking for. I found her knowledgeable and informative.
The receptionist was efficient and friendly and was impressed that everything was ALWAYS well controlled and well administered.
If I ever need to do similar treatment I will not go to any other place and gladly recommend NYAH. ALL of it!
