The tech that performed laser hair removal was very nice. Only complaint was I think she missed a fairly large area. I`m sure it wasn`t intentional so I don`t want to state her name.

Service is very good. Technicians seem to be knowledgeable. Nice atmosphere. Overall I have had a good experience each time I have been.

Just had my first of what will be many visits to Renew. I was greeted promptly and had barely sat when I was introduced to Brooke who took me immediately into a laser room. She was warm, professional, and explained the procedure. I loved the atmosphere and the professionalism of the staff. So glad I`ll be returning.

I`ve just had my second laser hair removal treatment and so far so good; I still have several more treatments and I`m very positive about the final result . The spa itself is fabulous as well, Mily at front desk is very nice and Danille , the technician who is doing the procedure on me is just amazing. She is very thorough , kind and caring. great job everyone, Thanks
