Just had my first of what will be many visits to Renew. I was greeted promptly and had barely sat when I was introduced to Brooke who took me immediately into a laser room. She was warm, professional, and explained the procedure. I loved the atmosphere and the professionalism of the staff. So glad I`ll be returning.

I`ve just had my second laser hair removal treatment and so far so good; I still have several more treatments and I`m very positive about the final result . The spa itself is fabulous as well, Mily at front desk is very nice and Danille , the technician who is doing the procedure on me is just amazing. She is very thorough , kind and caring. great job everyone, Thanks

Brenna was wonderful, friendly, professional, and made the overall experience so much better than I could have expected. Overall, what could have been awkward, and even painful, was easy and seemed very normal!

I had a good experience at the first time when I was there. I like my clinician, Brenna Burns, she`s a super nice and sweet person! But not my second time, they messed up my appointment time and made me wait for longer than one hour. I got there at 2:40 pm and left a few minutes before 4 pm while procedure normally takes about 5-10 minutes!!! Plus, it`s hard to make appointments with the same clinician, really don`t know why!!! :-(

That is not something that happens often at all so I would like to personally speak to you. If you could please call my direct line 678-531-5822. My name is Sharon. I know your other concern was scheduling with the same tech and we have already addressed that issue. That was an issue when we were opening our second location and training new techs. We now have the techs personally call their clients when they are going to be out due to sickness, emergency, etc.

I don`t have much to compare Nyah Med Spa to. But the office is very nice, clean and well appointed. The staff technicians are young professionals. I would characterize the treatment was successful, but I still have several more visits in the treatment.
