Bought a package for 6 laser hair removal treatments and couldn`t be happier. I missed an appointment during the period in which their systems were being updated and did not get a confirmation or reminder email but Sharon fixed it for me and rescheduled it, no questions asked. I have been with 2 different technicians, which I couldn`t care less because everyone is as professional and caring as the other. The place is very clean and nice and compared to another place where I got my underarms done a few years ago, their machines hurt the least. I was nervous about the results since I could still see some hair by my 3rd treatment (although substantially less) but I am due for my last and it is hardly noticeable now. I absolutely recommend it.
