I had been working with a particular provider and the last two visits I was switched to someone else without my knowledge. They should tell you in advance.

I have been going to NYAH med spa since July for laser treatment. I have been very thrilled with the professionalism and the comfort factor while visiting. Anna is my absolute FAVORITE as she has made this process very comfortable and she is so personable. I would recommend anyone looking for laser treatment to give NYAH the chance to exceed your expectations!!!!!!!

I love this place, it has all the things on my checklist, great professional staff (customer service), very knowledgeable, spa is pretty and clean, and i felt very comfortable during my Brizialian! Which also means a lot to me! I`ve recommended Nyah to a couple of co-workers and their happy too.

I was just a bit put off by being told I had missed an appointment in October, I had not missed, and being told I owed $25. The October appointment was the one in which the technician had used Aloe on my face, which my record states I`m allergic to, and caused a very bad reaction the following week while I was visiting my mother in Arizona. it took almost 4 weeks for the reaction to disappear. I had even called about he reaction when I had returned from Arizona!

They have been great since day one! Kudos to whoever owns and runs this business. Like all businesses, they have there challenges and cannot always be perfect but from what I`ve experienced and seen, they always lead with excellent customer service. They truly do care about the clients and their employees and it shows. The staff is always super friendly and if they ever make a mistake the management takes control and makes it right. I have experienced this first hand and I can appreciate this 100%. It just goes to show they are genuine and are not trying to just take your money. It is very rare to see this kind of customer service these days! Thank you Nyah for being good honest people.
