The building is aesthetically nice, however I can not say the same for the girl at the front desk. She did not once make eye contact with me, nor was she polite when asking for my information. I felt like she was trying to hurry and get the day over. The energy forwarded on to the lady that brought me to the back. I felt like she rushed through my treatment, and I had to ask questions to know how to take care of the treated area between appointments. Because I have already paid for the treatment I will continue my treatment, but I would rather go somewhere the service is consistent. I read some other comments and many other people had great experiences, I wish I could have had the same experience.

I`ve been to Nyah for two laser hair removal treatments with Brenna and have been very pleased with the service. I appreciate that they share a building with a dental office, so I don`t feel self-concious at all in the waiting area. Brenna has been extremely professional and considerate during the treatments. I have already recommended it to one of my friends.
