I`ve been pleased with the service I received at Skin Matters. They have had wonderful technicians. The only issues I`ve had with them were `growing pain` type issues -- moving locations without notifying clients and overscheduling or allowing their scheduling to get backed up. I think they have addressed these issues now. Lisa and most of the staff that I`ve dealt with have been wonderful. The one or two staff members who weren`t have been replaced.

SkinMatters is great! The staff is very professional and the facility is clean. I am getting multiple areas of laser hair removal and have had excellent results with their lasers. I have shopped around and their prices are by far the best. I highly recommend them.

Staff is super professional and friendly. I used a groupon to get the deal and was totally worth it. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Everything was done very discretely and I felt like I got my money`s worth overall. Very happy with the outcome! It was also very convenient to my work since it was so close to Interstate 75.

I`ve seen Beth and Dana for laser hair removal. Both are really professional. I like the new booking software. Really easy to use.

This is my first time getting any type of laser hair removal & it has been a good experience so far. The Skin Matters staff is very welcoming and really flexible with your hours. Their prices are also quite impressive. I recommend them to anyone looking to get this treatment!

Skin Matters has prices that cannot be beat - anywhere! They have a great staff and beautiful new office on Roswell Road. I recommend the earliest appointment in the day you can get so there aren`t any potential delays.
