The Skin Matters staff are all friendly and professional. They always see me in a timely manner, and the clinic is very clean. After the 6 visits included in my laser hair removal small area package, the hair on my underarms is nearly all gone. Every experience there has been great, and I highly recommend Skin Matters!

Everyone is so friendly and attentive at Skin Matters. They great you at the door and make sure everything you had done was what you wanted. Laser hair removal stings, but Ania is very patient and doesn`t get frustrated when I need a break. She also suggests things you can do at home for your body in general. If you are thinking about another treatment (other than hair removal), she or the front desk tells you about it, lets you know about specials, but doesn`t try to talk you into anything. Going there has always been a good experience.

In general I would say it was all OK. I started at the old location and that was bad. Once they moved the wait decreased drastically and I started getting the same technicians more than once. I really expected much more from my results though.

I must say that this is one of the few places that I go that makes a serious effort to ensure that your appointment is on time. Besides that, I am really impressed with the various types of lasers they have. This has allowed my friends to get their laser treatments here even though their skin and hair types are not exactly like mine.

I`ve been pleased with the service I received at Skin Matters. They have had wonderful technicians. The only issues I`ve had with them were `growing pain` type issues -- moving locations without notifying clients and overscheduling or allowing their scheduling to get backed up. I think they have addressed these issues now. Lisa and most of the staff that I`ve dealt with have been wonderful. The one or two staff members who weren`t have been replaced.

SkinMatters is great! The staff is very professional and the facility is clean. I am getting multiple areas of laser hair removal and have had excellent results with their lasers. I have shopped around and their prices are by far the best. I highly recommend them.

Staff is super professional and friendly. I used a groupon to get the deal and was totally worth it. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Everything was done very discretely and I felt like I got my money`s worth overall. Very happy with the outcome! It was also very convenient to my work since it was so close to Interstate 75.
