Great experience, everyone was pleasant. I didn`t wait long before I was called back for my consultation. Beth was wonderful, she explained the process thoroughly and answered all of my questions.

The last appointment with a new tech was awesome.
Don`t know how to spell her name but it started with an S. She was prompt and professional and very good with the laser hair remover.

Very disappointed with my latest visit. My technician was changed without consulting or even informing me. I wish I remembered her name. Her technique was horrible! The laser frequently went past my legs - not on them. It was the most painful treatment I`ve ever had and I left with welts for the first time.

During every visit someone always knocks on the door to talk to my technician. Not a comfortable experience when half naked on a treatment table.

Not sure if I`ll be returning once my package is complete.
